I took my shoes for an easy repair thinking that I would have to return the following day, yet Joe asked me to wait so that I could take my repaired shoes right away. He promised to fix them in 15 minutes and he did it in 10 minutes on the dot. I was very satisfied with the service I got and will surely go back. This place is a hidden gem in the heart of the McGill ghetto.
I known this coordoniere for a few years now he is great he fixed sandals, cleaned leather boots but recently I brought a pair of winter boots and he left them like brand very happy. I highly recommend it.
Excellent service, re-heeled and fixed the cork on my Birkenstocks at a reasonable price. My husband tried on shoes that seemed to fit, but the owner advised against buying because he would not be happy with them long-term, professional, honest and courteous HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
